Congratulations on your decision to embark upon this exciting new journey!

To be sure that we are on the same page about getting all of the wonderful classes and sessions to you with utmost respect for your schedule and mine, please read carefully and indicate your agreement with the terms of service listed here.

Terms of Service for Inner Radiance Academy Packages that include both individual sessions and group trainings or classes.

PLEASE CHECK THE BOXES TO INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE WITH EACH ITEM:

CLASS DATE SELECTION: Classes and trainings included in this package are offered on a regular basis and are published on the Inner Radiance Academy calendar. Upon purchase of this package, Vila will contact you to set up your class training schedule where you will register for the class dates that you would like to attend.

CLASS DATE SELECTION CHANGES: Any changes you would like to/need to make to your class schedule must be made at least 5 days prior to scheduled class date.

CLASS RESCHEDULE: If, for some reason, Vila must reschedule a class included in your package set up, you will receive notification of changes 24-72 hours prior to class. You will then be given options for rescheduling your selected class. If necessary, your package timeframe will be extended by 30 days to accommodate changes needed.

PACKAGE COMPLETION: All packages that include individual sessions and group trainings or classes must be completed within 9 months of the purchase date.

REFUNDS - Credit Only: All payments made to Inner Radiance Academy are non-refundable. If a client cannot fulfill the terms of a package purchased, any unused credit can be transferred to another session, class or service with Vila Loukas within 12 months of the time of payment.
