The Catalyst Coaching with Vila will give you:
SESSION 1: The Big Picture
During this session, Vila will help bring forward all of the pieces of the puzzle of your life. Instead of being caught in a specific corner of your current circumstances, this session will remind you of ALL that is important to and for you.
SESSION 2: What Is Really Going On
In Session two, Vila will help you understand the factors and patterns that are at play for you. Identifying obstacles, limiting beliefs, and unresolved traumas will give you the clarity needed to take action.
SESSION 3: Ready For Action
Using the insight and clarity from the first two sessions, Vila will work with you to lay out the steps going forward. Having a clear path to follow will allow you to move with confidence, creating flow in your life once again.
Along with the 3 transformative Specialized Coaching sessions, you will receive a powerful energy healing session from Vila that will super-charge you. Together with the framework you receive from coaching, the higher frequency energy will empower you in the ways needed to generate clarity and momentum!
The Catalyst Coaching Package can be done either in person or via distance.
Specialized Coaching can be done via zoom, and the Spark of Life Energy Healing session is administered via distance in the comfort of your own home.
For those who are local, in-person work is also an option.
