ELEMENT FOCUS ~ Discussion regarding the element of the evening. Looking at how the energy of this element can benefit us and how we can engage it more directly in our lives.

GUIDED MEDITATION ~ Short guided meditation to connect with the element of the evening.

CLOSING ~ Comments, sharing, questions and closing.
