These crystals hold vibrations for harmony, peace, and balance. When placed on or around particular areas of the body, the crystals connect with your energy field and raise the vibration of that area assisting the body to “remember” its internal healing processes.

During the pre-healing consultation we will discuss what your current focus areas are and how we can shift them in the session.

The crystals activate deeper healing from within. The practitioner is holding space for that deeper healing to occur. 

 This session is done lying down on a mat or massage table. For maximum comfort pillows and blankets will be provided. The energies work best when client is able to fully relax.

Total session time is 1 hour.
