While stress is a normal and natural phenomenon, the reality of our modern world has turned stress into something that can be extremely harmful mentally, emotionally and physically. So how do we meet the demands of our modern lives and manage all the stressors and impacts on our body systems?
 
Decompress Your Stress will give you tips, techniques and strategies to skillfully work with the stress of daily life. This uplifting, 5 hour workshop is designed to help you step away from the chaos and reconnect with your inner calm. You’ll learn simple, effective techniques that help you stop the stress cycle before it begins.
 
In addition to understanding the components and make up of stress and how it works in the body, you will also be given:
 • Breathing exercises that instantly reduce stress
• Guided and active meditation to quiet your mind
• Practical tips to use in the moment to stop stress before it starts
• Techniques for editing stress out of your life
 
You will have the opportunity to try out each of these techniques to see how they work for you as well as put together a decompression plan for yourself going forward from the workshop!
