Level 1: Fundamentals of Reiki Practitioner
In this 2-day class, you will discover the foundations of this ancient modality and how to channel and hold the ray of energy to perform the hands on healing for others. Included also are metaphysical teachings on the paths we walk as spirit-beings on earth and our connection to God.
In this training, you will learn:
- History and Lineage
- Metaphysics and Kabbalah
- Learn how to perform a complete Ensofic Reiki session
- Techniques and exercises on how to bring stillness to the mind
- Methods for improved stress release and relaxation
- Introduction and use of Ensofic Reiki symbols.
- Daily living practices for Ensofic Reiki
- Circulation massage to assist clients in healing

PREREQUISITE: Life Activation (one-on-one DNA Activation session that comes through the Modern Mystery School Lineage of modalities)
Level 2: Intermediate Ensofic Reiki Practitioner
This one day class teaches you how to remove bad habits and thinking patterns from their root in the brain so you can experience a shift, e.g. releasing overthinking
At this level you will learn:
- How to perform distance healings
- How to clear unwanted habits
- Application of Ensofic Reiki™️ symbols and mantras to enhance healing
- Further in depth study of Ensofic Reiki™️

Dr. Ann Donnelly, MB MRCGP DRCOG DFP DYT Dippallmed LFhom
Dr. Ann Donnelly has over 30 years of experience as a Medical Doctor working in the National Health System of Ireland. She also has a broad portfolio of work in Family, Palliative and Holistic Medicine. She has offered her knowledge as a medical expert in the media, including Yahoo, Cosmopolitan and Glamour Magazines.
Since Dr. Ann began her studies in Metaphysics with the Modern Mystery School in 2006, she has graduated as a Life Activation Practitioner, a Healer and Spiritual Guide. She is also an Ensofic Reiki Practitioner and a Fundamental and Intermediate Ensofic Reiki Teacher.
She is an International teacher with the Modern Mystery School while joyfully continuing her studies as a Universal Hermetic Ray Kabbalah Teacher.
Divina Ann serves as a Member of the Counsel of twelve women and holds the title of "Divina."
