Congratulations on your decision to embark upon this exciting new journey!

To be sure that we are on the same page about getting all of the wonderful classes and sessions to you with utmost respect for your schedule and mine, please read carefully and indicate your agreement with the terms of service listed here.

Terms of Service for Inner Radiance Academy Payment Plan for individual sessions and group trainings or classes.

Agreement Terms for Traci Muth:

Program: Empower Thyself Initiation Program

Scheduled Program Date: December 3-4, 2022

Total Amount to be paid: $1300

Payments to be completed by: November 28, 2022

Payment delivery method: Venmo

Payment schedule: Payment every 2 weeks on Mondays. First 2 payments are $200 each --remaining 4 payments are $225 each.

Commitment to Payment Schedule / Pricing – I agree to adhere to the payment schedule as it is laid out in this agreement document. I understand that beyond legal and financial ramifications, there are also karmic repercussions for breaking this agreement or defaulting in the payments as they are laid out. I understand that am committing to the entire price of program laid out and that I am receiving special package pricing because of that commitment.

Schedule Shifts / Changes - I understand that the dates we have laid out of payment completion as well as class dates are to be honored as the target for this agreement. I know that if the scheduled class must be rearranged due to low enrollment that my credit paid will be forwarded to the next available class dates. I understand that I will be notified 48 hours or more before the start of the scheduled class if a reschedule is going to be needed.

Changes to this Agreement – If, for some reason, I require modifications to this agreement, I understand that my request must be submitted in written form to Vila Loukas (email is acceptable) with a minimum of 7 days prior to the due date of expected payments. I understand that my request for modifications may or may not be granted and that the specified payments are still due.

Refund Policy – I understand that no refunds will be given for payments made. I understand that if I am unable to complete the agreement plan as laid out here, that any credit I have is transferrable to other classes or sessions with Vila Loukas up to 12 months after the time payment is received.
