DAY LONG - ADVANCED MEDITATION TRAINING

This unique & exciting class uses the Ancient Mystery School method of the Sanctuary Meditation as a foundation from which to engage allies, gifts & messages from the realm of spirit that you may use the rest of your life!
In the one day program, we will do 7 journeys total, including the establishment of your Sanctuary & the receiving of your own Keys of Power. From there, you work with your own Higher Self as a guide, and we then visit each of the Elemental Kingdoms: Earth, Water, Air & Fire (and more!).

Prerequisite: Life Activation, 

Empower Thyself Initiation, Sacred Geometry I and Astral Travel recommended.
(Note: This is an advanced program and some experience with a meditation practice is highly recommended)
