Agreements & Credentials

(1) Appropriate Care - Vila Loukas is trained as a spiritual guide and offers guidance, energy healing and consultation that supports spiritual growth and development to enhance overall quality of life. The methods and treatments she provides should not take the place of licensed medical or mental health treatment should I be needing it.

Personal Responsibilities

(2) Put it into practice - Vila’s job is to deliver sessions and trainings according to the Modern Mystery School methodology. It is a client’s personal responsibility to put these teachings and methods into practice in order to receive the full benefit and to bring about the shifts and changes desired.

(3) Communication - For all clients, it is imperative that Vila is kept informed of pertinent information regarding shifts, changes, and other key points on the spiritual path and a client’s journey. This requires regular, honest, and open communication / correspondence in order to effectively guided along the Path of Progression in the Modern Mystery School tradition.

(4) Recommendations - It is Vila’s job to make recommendations for the best next step in the clients journey. If the client chooses not to follow that recommendation, the client understands that revisiting the conversation and making new recommendations will need to occur.

Scheduling & Registration

(5) Scheduling – All scheduled appointments for individual sessions must be kept. Any changes to a scheduled appointment must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Changes made with less than 24 hours will be charged a 50% session change fee. No-show appointments are charged at 100% of the session fee.

 

(6) For all in-person classes that are 8 hours or less:

Class is subject to cancellation 24 hours prior to start due to insufficient enrollment. Notifications of class cancellation are sent out via email and text message.
If the class you have registered for should be canceled due to low enrollment, your registration is automatically transferred to the next scheduled date of the same class, and you will receive registration verification for the next calendar date via email. If that date does not work for your schedule, you can choose to transfer amount purchased to another class or service up to 6 months after date of original class.

(7) For day-long classes or 2-day classes

Class is subject to cancellation 48 hours prior to start due to insufficient enrollment. Notifications of class cancellation are sent out via email and text message.
If the class you have registered for should be canceled due to low enrollment, your registration is automatically transferred to the next scheduled date of the same class, and you will receive registration verification for the next calendar date via email. If that date does not work for your schedule, you can choose to transfer amount purchased to another class or service up to 9 months after date of original class.

Payments & Refunds

(8) Payment & Packages – Payment must be complete at the time of service. All services included in pre-purchased packages must be completed by the expiration date. If an extension is needed, this must be arranged 3 weeks prior to expiration date. Credits from transferred services are given a 12 month window to be used.

(9) Refund Policy  Inner Radiance Academy has a NO REFUNDS POLICY. All sales are final, but credit that can be used with VIla for sessions, classes, or services will be given for any unused payment up to 12 months.
