HOW IT WORKS:

Come learn this easy to do Chi practice that you can use anytime to stimulate energy flow through your system.  Use it as a regular practice and see the difference 10-15 minutes a day can make.

We will spend the first half of our time together doing this remarkably effective Chi-do practice--developed by Modern Mystery School Founder Dr. Gudni Gudnason.  

After that, we will have a chance to circle-up, check-in, and discuss topics in metaphysics and spiritual development (chosen by attendees) while enjoying some tea!

This is a free event designed to build community, get to know one other, as well as practice health and well-being through the building of chi.

For those interested in getting to know Vila, the Path of Initiation and/or what the Modern Mystery School has to offer, this discussion time is a great opportunity to get questions answered, as well sampling a small portion of energy training included in the Foundation initiation program.
