Each 2.5 hour Opening the Book meeting will include:

- Check in time: to share and hear from one another

- Focus on our Topic - Teaching: reviewing and going deeper on our area of focus

- Focus on our Topic - Exercises: giving you a chance to integrate and apply the teachings

- Closing: shareback time as desired, additional discussion
