I understand that the package pricing offered here requires full payment up front to receive the discount listed. 

I understand that this package includes three different sessions that will be completed in separate appointments. The first appointment will be the Life Activation with Personal Clearing combined. The second appointment will be the Full Spirit Activation.

I understand that this package also includes classes that must be scheduled according to the terms I already agreed to. 

I understand that this package has an expiration date 12 months from the time of purchase. 

I understand that if I cannot complete the package as agreed to, any unused payment can be used as credit toward another class or service within 12 months but will not be refunded to me.
